3.2.2 android.permission.INTERNET: Allows applications to open network sockets

3.2.3 com.android.vending.BILLING: Allows application to use IN - App Purchase

3.2.4 android.permission.ACCESS_WIFI_STATE: Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks

3.2.5 android.permission.CAMERA: Allows the application to use the camera

3.2.6 android.permission.FLASHLIGHT: Allows the user to use the flashlight without activating the camera hardware

3.2.7 android.permission.WAKE_LOCK: Allows the app to prevent the phone from going to sleep

3.2.8 android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION: Allows an app to access approximate location

3.2.9 android.permission.CHANGE_WIFI_STATE: Allows application to change Wi-Fi connectivity state

3.2.10 com.google.android.c2dm.permission.RECEIVE: Grants permission to our app to register and receive messages from Google Cloud Messaging

3.2.11 android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Allows applications to access information about networks

3.2.12 com.google.android.finsky.permission.BIND_GET_INSTALL_REFERRER_SERVICE: Allows other apps to tell if their installation was launched from an ad in Privacy Browser Free

3.2.13 android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION: Allows an app to access precise location

3.2.14 android.permission.FOREGROUND_SERVICE: Allows a regular application to use Service.startForeground

3.2.15 android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Allows an application to save data to external storage. Used to access application files to the device storage (application specific - save the generated QR code in the device's internal storage)

3.2.16 android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Allows an application to read from external storage

3.3 If you decline to grant access to these device functions upon the Application's request, certain features of the Application may become inaccessible. We appreciate your understanding of the necessity for such access to ensure a seamless and comprehensive user experience.

4.1 Age Requirement: You must be a minimum of 13 years old to access and use the Application.

4.2 Legal Bar: You should not be subject to any legal restrictions or prohibitions from using the Application as per applicable laws.

4.3 Prior to accessing or using the Application, kindly ensure that you meet these specified eligibility criteria. If you fail to meet these requirements, the usage of the Application is not permitted. We appreciate your attention to these prerequisites for a responsible and lawful utilization of our services.

5.1 Subject to your adherence to these Terms, App extends to you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to download and install a copy of the Application on a mobile device or computer under your ownership or control. 6.1 User Content Restrictions: Posting, uploading, publishing, submitting, or transmitting any User Content that:

6.1.1 Infringes, misappropriates, or violates third-party intellectual property rights or rights of publicity or privacy.

6.1.2 Violates any applicable law or regulation, or could lead to civil liability.

6.1.3 Is fraudulent, false, misleading, or deceptive.

6.1.4 Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, or offensive.

6.1.5 Promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment, or harm against any individual or group.

6.1.6 Is violent or threatening or promotes violence or actions threatening to any person or entity.

6.1.7 Promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances.

6.2 Unauthorized Use of App Elements: Using, displaying, mirroring, or framing the App or any individual element within the App, App’s name, any App trademark, logo, or other proprietary information, or the layout and design without App’s express written consent.

6.3 Unauthorized Access and Usage: Accessing, tampering with, or using non-public areas of the App or App’s computer system.

6.4 Improper Use of Search and Download Tools: Attempting to access or search the App or download from the App using any engine, software, tool, agent, device, or mechanism (including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like) other than the software and/or search agents provided by App or other generally available third-party web browsers.

6.5 Commercial Usage Restrictions: Using the App or any portion thereof for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party or in any manner not permitted by these Terms.

6.6 Software Deciphering and Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide the App.

6.7 Unauthorized Information Collection: Collecting or storing any personally identifiable information from the App from other users of the App without their express permission.

6.8 Identity Misrepresentation: Impersonating or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.

6.9 Rights Violation: Using the App in a way that violates any third-party rights, including third-party intellectual property rights.

6.10 Legal Compliance: Violating any applicable law or regulation.

6.11 Encouragement and Enablement: Encouraging or enabling any other individual to engage in any of the foregoing activities.

6.12 While monitoring access to or use of the App is not an obligation, we retain the right to do so for the purpose of operating the App, ensuring compliance with these Terms, and meeting applicable law or legal requirements. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove or disable access to the App at any time and without notice, particularly if we deem any content objectionable or in violation of these Terms. Furthermore, we have the right to investigate violations of these Terms or conduct that affects the App, including collaborating with law enforcement authorities for the prosecution of users who violate the law.

Our policy is to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeatedly infringing or believed to be repeatedly infringing the rights of copyright holders, under appropriate circumstances. Please be aware that if Advertiser content contains links to other websites and resources, these links are beyond our control. We do not manage the content of these sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or any losses or damages resulting from your use of them. When you use such links, you do so entirely at your own risk and in accordance with the Application's Terms of Use and the Privacy Policies of the Advertisers or other third parties. 10.1 We reserve the right to terminate your access to and use of the App at our sole discretion, without any notice to you. Similarly, you have the option to cancel your Account at any time by sending an email to us at [email protected]. In the event of termination, discontinuation, or cancellation of the App or your Account, the provisions pertaining to feedback, content ownership and responsibility, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution will persist beyond such termination or cancellation.

10.2 If either party terminates your access to and use of our App, you acknowledge and agree that we will bear no liability or responsibility towards you, and no refunds will be issued for any amounts already paid, except as required by applicable law.

11.1 The App is provided "as is," without any warranties or conditions of any kind. We explicitly disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, or non-infringement. This disclaimer encompasses any warranties that may arise from the course of dealing or usage of trade. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms of Engagement, including matters of existence, validity, or termination, will be submitted to and conclusively settled through arbitration in Hungary. This ensures a fair and neutral forum for the resolution of disagreements, promoting efficiency and adherence to the legal framework of the designated jurisdiction.

15.1 These General Terms constitute the comprehensive and exclusive understanding and agreement between the App and you regarding the App's Services and Content. They supersede and replace any prior oral or written agreements between the App and you concerning the Services and Content. If, for any reason, a court of competent jurisdiction deems any provision of these General Terms invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15.2 You are not permitted to assign or transfer these General Terms, whether by operation of law or otherwise, without the App's prior written consent. Any attempt to assign or transfer these General Terms without such consent will be deemed null. The App retains the right to freely assign or transfer these General Terms without restrictions. Subject to the above, these General Terms will bind and benefit successors and permitted assigns of both you and the App.

15.3 Any notices or communications provided by the App under these General Terms, including those related to modifications, will be delivered: (i) via email; or (ii) by posting to the App. For notices via email, the date of receipt is deemed to be the date of transmission.

15.4 The App's delay or failure to enforce any right or provision of these General Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision. A waiver of any right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of the App. Except as expressly stated in these General Terms, the exercise by either party of any of its remedies under these General Terms will be without prejudice to its other remedies under these General Terms or otherwise.
